GROUPS

Jubilate 12:15-1:00 / Age 4 (by Aug 1, 2025) – age 8 Thursday and Friday now accepting registrations.
Cantate 1 1:15 – 2:30 / Ages 7 – 13 Thursday ONLY. and Friday IS FULL.
Cantate 2  2:45 – 4:00 / Ages 12 – 19 Friday only. 
Ensemble 4:15 – 5:30 Members auditioned from Cantate 2 Choir. Friday only. Auditions Due Jan. 7, 2026. 

TUITION 

Session 1 runs from September – December

Session 2 runs from January – April

Each Session Tuition for 1 singer: $332 or 2 payments of $166
Each Session Tuition for 2 siblings: $550 or 2 payments of $275
Each Session Tuition for 3 or more siblings: $660 or 2 payments of $330
Auditioned Ensemble: For each singer add $156 or 2 payments of $78


ADDITIONAL SUPPLIES FEES (Billed around week 4 of the session)

Sheet Music averages $12 per singer / session (except Jubilate)

Choir t-shirt: ~approx. $10.00 per singer / worn for the whole school year

Folder Supplies for new members including Group Coaching packet: $12 (one time purchase)

Payments can be made by cash or check at each rehearsal. Place cash payments in a labeled envelope. Online payments are available through your FreshBooks invoice.

A late fee of $10 will be added to tuition payments that are not submitted by the 2nd rehearsal of the month. If special or difficult circumstances arise, you may contact Steve Mangle at cantatesteve@gmail.com to make payment arrangement that will better suit your family’s needs.

HOLD HARMLESS STATEMENT

As a part of the agreement for the Cantate Home School Choirs members to use the facilities at Family Life Community Church, each member and spouse is asked to read and sign the following Hold Harmless Statement. Both parents need to sign this page in order for the family to participate in any Cantate Home School Choir activities.

Each parent and their spouse covenant to the following:

1.       As a parent, I assume all responsibility for any accident or injury, or any other loss resulting from participation in Cantate Home School Choirs activities and use of church grounds and other church facilities. I will hold harmless the Cantate Home School Choirs, the Cantate Home School Choirs leadership, their families and Family Life Community Church.

2.       I agree that if an injury occurs while participating in Cantate Home School Choirs activities I will not submit a claim against Family Life Community Church, the Cantate Home School Choirs leaders, or any insurer of either organization, but rather use my own private insurance coverage, and accept personal responsibility for all such injury or other loss expenses.

3.       I have either:

A.       Inspected the facility and have informed Family Life Community Church and the Cantate Home School Choirs leadership of any safety concerns or;

B.       Accept the facility as is and assume all responsibility for accidents and/or injury for myself and/or any of my family members. I realize I am under no obligation to use the facility.

Each parent understands that they, and their children, are participating in the Cantate Home School Choirs activities at Family Life Community Church at their own risk. The parent may request access to the facility for inspection from the directors or Facilities Coordinator.

I grant to Cantate Home School Choirs the right to take photographs of my participating family members in connection with choir rehearsal, activities and performances and to use and publish the same in print and/ or electronically.

I agree that Cantate Home School Choirs may use such photographs without my name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content.
